Founder of CCG

Collins Consulting Group was founded by Faye Collins, a senior HR professional with extensive experience operating at board level and advising organisations where people decisions carry significant risk and long-term consequence.

Faye’s career has been shaped by working in complex and highly scrutinised environments, where governance, proportionality and defensibility are not theoretical concepts, but daily requirements. Her approach reflects a deep understanding of how people decisions intersect with commercial objectives, regulatory obligations and organisational reputation.

She is known for being calm, direct and pragmatic, particularly in situations where issues are sensitive, contested or emotionally charged. Rather than offering generic HR advice or prescriptive frameworks, Faye focuses on helping leaders think clearly, challenge assumptions and reach decisions they can explain, defend and stand behind.

Collins Consulting Group operates as a consultancy, but clients work directly with Faye on all engagements. This ensures independence, consistency and senior judgement throughout, without dilution or delegation.
